When making small boxes, how thick should the walls be?

Less than 16" perimeter, use 5/16" thick stock.

From 16" to 30" perimeter, use 3/8" thick stock.

From 30" to 50" perimeter, use 1/2" thick stock.

Over 50" perimeter up to 'full size furniture', use 5/8" thick stock.
